Terms & Conditions

Travel/Parking Fee

Chicago Land Fee: An additional $50 (NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE)

Surrounded Suburbs Fee: TBD ($ PROVIDED ONCE LOCATION IS CONFIRMED)

Payments

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 24 hours of your scheduled date.

Booking Policies

Accommodation Booking: ABEDECOR services do not include booking hotels or Airbnbs for clients.

Booking Timeline: Bookings should be made at least two weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings may incur a late fee during busy seasons.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled date in order to transfer the non-refundable deposit to a different date. One date change is permitted, and the new date must fall within 60 days of the original reservation.

Hotel Check-in & Access

Check-in Requirements: Clients must check into their accommodation before the scheduled setup time or notify the hotel of our arrival.

Authorization Forms: If you are unable to check in prior to our arrival due to travel or other circumstances, please ask your hotel if they provide an authorization form to grant us access to the room. You can also add my name to the guest list if required.

Clean-Up Fees: Be aware that some hotels may charge a clean-up fee if the room is not cleaned before check-out. ABE is not responsible for any fees or damages charged by the hotel.

Setup

Setup Time: ABE requires a 2-5 hour setup timeframe, depending on the room package, and any add-ons for your event.

Grace Period: A 15 minute grace period is allowed if you are providing the room key or granting us access. After 15 minutes, a fee of $15 will be charged for every additional 15 minutes of waiting, payable immediately before setup begins.

Changes & Add-Ons

Modifications: You have 24 hours to make adjustments. This includes adding add-ons, changing the color scheme (subject to inventory), or adjusting the location or time. Request will be accommodated if possible.

Refund Policy

No Refunds: ABE doesn't offer refunds. ABE is committed to delivering exceptional service and bringing your vision to life. Upon request, we can provide pictures and videos of the setup before leaving to accommodate any last-minute changes, if feasible.
